We were fortunate to find a quality lawyer (and individual) when we were first starting our business. You will face legal issues if you are operating your own business. While we haven't had many issues, the ones concerning intellectual property ownership we have had were challenging and somewhat complex (in my opinion). Clark listened, questioned, read, and explored the situation. He then gave us a thoughtful and complete response. His approach has helped us avoid pursuing suits that would have been time-consuming and expensive. We also used his services to collect money that was owed to us.

Mr Hicks was recommended to me by another Attorney that i Trusted a great Deal. After meeting with Mr. Hicks i was relieved that I had found a great Attorney that I felt would do the best Job. Not only did he win my case for me he also got my Fees paid for me. He is loyal and will fight for you. We were in a joint Litigation with another Company as co-defendants. The other company attempted to make me the escape goat but Mr. Hicks stood up and pointed out the facts and the other Company had to change Tactics and revise their strategy.
